- In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Physics of Lobachevsky State University and obtained a degree in microelectronics and semiconductor devices.
- In 2004 he graduated from the "Presidential Management Training Program" of the Nizhny Novgorod Educational Consortium.
- From 2002 to 2018 he was a teacher at the Lobachevsky State University, worked in the admission committee of the university, was the chairman of the Faculty of Physics methodological committee.
- In 2018, he was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the City Property Management Committee of the Nizhny Novgorod Administration, headed the project management department of the city administration.
- In 2019, he was appointed the Deputy Head of the Nizhny Novgorod city administration and supervised the areas of housing and communal services, improvement, ecology, administration, security management.
- Since November 2020 - Acting Rector of the Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University.
- Since November 2021 - Rector of the Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University.
